Grants of Lincoln use specialist (chemical free) pressure washing equipment to efficiently remove slippery moss and algae that our climate creates.
Q. Will it remove oil stains?
A. Most oil stains will be removed with a special degreaser that we use. (but not all)
Q. How long will it take?
A. About a day depending upon the size of the area and we may need to come back and finish sanding another day depending upon the weather.
Q. Will you clean up afterwards?
A. Yes we take pride in our work and will leave the area clean and tidy.
Q. Do I have to be there while the work is being done?
A. No, as long as we have access to the area to be cleaned and to an external water supply (Tap)

Areas should be sound, clear, and free from debris. Should you require us to carry out this procedure, a small charge will apply and can be quoted on.
Access to an on site free-issue water is required.
Staining: Oil stains can generally be removed with the correct degreaser.
Rotary-jet pressure washing will not revive colour loss or fading caused by exposure to the ultra-violet light in sunlight. If necessary, a sample area can be tested, free of charge.
Block-paved surfaces may need a follow-up visit subject to the weather as they must be clean and dry before they can be re-sanded.
If the area is to be sealed, then this has to take place the day it is re-sanded.
